In order to become a member of the League you need to fill in a form and application. They are files of the RTF format, archived into ZIP-archive and self-extracting ZIP-archive (.exe). You can open them in any version of MS-Word (from 6.0 version)., WordPad and other text-software for MS-Windows.

In first case, open file (.zip) with Zip- or RAR-archivator, in other case – file (.exe) will unpack itself if you click it twice. When you open files, please, fill them by typing on computer or writing.
